Ry Marchant offers mediation, arbitration, and case evaluation services for all types of disputes.  
His areas of specialty include personal injury, medical malpractice, contracts, commercial law, business law, and family law. 

Rates

Mediation/arbitration services are billed at the rate of $250 per hour for pre-mediation/arbitration review and discussion, and $350 per hour for actual session / hearing time, and for rendering and writing any required written opinion.

Initial deposit required in certain cases at the discretion of Mediator.  

Availability 

One advantage of alternative dispute resolution is the flexibility of adjusting to the parties' busy schedules.  Mediation sessions with Ry Marchant are set at the convenience of the parties.
